Aqua Fitness is a low impact, high intensity class which will give you the workout you never knew you could have in the water. Do you like Boxing?? how about adding water resistance to your boxing workout? Aqua Fitness is not what it use to be. Get in the Water and have some fun.
Classes are held during the week and we would like to invite you to join us for 45 minutes of low impact/ high intensity exercise in our heated pool with our fully qualified Aqua Fitness instructors.
